What data we collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to provide through our forms.

• Contact form: name, surname, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
• Job application form: name, surname, email address, phone number (optional), the position you are applying for, the content of your message and your CV if you choose to attach one (which may contain further personal data you include).

We do not collect special categories of data, and we ask that you do not include them in your messages or CV.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry (contact form) and to evaluate your application and manage the recruitment process (job application form). The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form; for job applications, it is also steps taken at your request prior to a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b)).

How your data is handled

When you submit a form, the information is sent by email to Thera Capital so the relevant team can read and reply to it. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which acts as a data processor and may process technical connection data (such as your IP address) in its server logs for delivery and security. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, aggregated analytics tool that does not identify you. See our Cookie Policy.

Protecting our forms from bots

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that a submission comes from a person and not a bot. For this check Cloudflare, acting as a data processor, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser information, and signals from your interaction with the page. Turnstile sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites, and we do not use it for analytics or profiling purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site from automated submissions and abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). See our Cookie Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your request. For job applications, we may retain it for a reasonable period afterwards in case a suitable opportunity arises, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data and to request its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, as well as to object to processing and to withdraw any consent at any time (Arts. 15–22). To exercise these rights, contact us at info@theracapital.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
